Sales co-ordinator

Job Description

This position is to provide support to our direct and e-commerce customers.

Job Scope:

1] Answer queries from customers by phone or email ( training will be provided ) and attend to walk in customer who wants to view samples or collect orders.

2] Process new orders from sales department

3] Co-ordinate with external vendors for customer orders

4] Able to co-ordinate with our oversea offices

5] Ad hoc task

Applicant with past experience in Apparel business will have an advantage.

Requirements

The applicant should be self-motivated, responsible and able to meet the following criteria:

• Minimum ITE or N Level
• Ability to work as a team and provide quick response to customers’ needs
• Honest and with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Area of work will be in Kaki Bukit area
• This is a 5 days week job
