Technical Sales Executive

Key Roles & Responsibility:-

Operation

• Communicate with production and Order Fulfillment Team to achieve the production of products within promised time of delivery.
• Participate actively in special / cross functional projects such as process improvement and identification of best practices for recommendation and implementation.

Business Growth

• Develop and service sale accounts for both existing and new customers.
• Prepare periodic sales and marketing reports to the manager.
• Perform cost analysis and review periodic price reviews to all customers.

Customer Service

• Attend customers enquiries and assist in troubleshooting product quality which relates to plant process problems.
• Build and maintain good rapport with existing or new customers.

Technical Support

• Plan and manage the activities of technical areas in line with the Company’s product strategy with the help from the chemist, technical manager or related personnel.

Quality Control / Quality Assurance

• Perform quality control inspection on specimen to ensure integrity of process solutions.
• Perform laboratory analysis of raw materials, in-process and finished products.
• Perform documentation and conduct investigation for non-compliance or out-of-specification situations.

Health & Safety

• Ensure that safe working practices are used and appropriate Health and Safety legislation adopted.
• Exercise responsibility for carrying out and adhering to the Health and Safety Policy and procedure.

Others

• Ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the superior or Management.

Skills and Knowledge:-

• Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Process Technology, Science or any related disciplines.
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience.
• Has attained the experience to handle specialized subject / tasks.
• Intermediate level / knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate level / knowledge of SAP or other ERP System.
• Working knowledge of ISO procedures with basic understanding of EWSH regulations.
