Job Description:
Our client is a well-established family office overseeing a diversified global investment portfolio spanning public and private markets, real estate, and alternative assets. With a strong commitment to long-term capital preservation and growth, they are seeking a highly experienced and analytical Head of Fund Management to lead the strategic allocation, oversight, and performance management of their fund investments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the family office’s fund investment strategy across asset classes and geographies.
- Source, evaluate, and conduct due diligence on external fund managers, including hedge funds, PE, VC, and mutual funds.
- Construct and manage a diversified fund portfolio aligned with risk appetite, return objectives, and liquidity requirements.
- Monitor fund performance, investment compliance, and macroeconomic developments impacting portfolio exposure.
- Prepare investment memos, board presentations, and performance reports for the principal or investment committee.
- Negotiate fund terms and liaise with legal, tax, and compliance advisors during onboarding and structuring.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier fund managers and industry partners.
- Evaluate co-investment opportunities and secondaries as applicable. Oversee investment operations, reporting systems, and fund data management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA, CAIA, or MBA is strongly preferred.
- Minmum 15 years of experience in fund management, investment advisory, or portfolio management and ideally in a family office, sovereign wealth fund, or institutional allocator role.
- Deep knowledge of fund structures, manager due diligence, and portfolio construction principles.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with an ability to assess complex strategies and financial products.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. High ethical standards and a long-term investment mindset
