Internship - Process Improvement Specialist

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Analyse existing administrative processes and workflows to identify areas for improvements
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations and enhance productivity
  • Collaborate with team members to gather input and feedback on current processes
• Enhance internal communication
  • Implement communication tools and platforms to improve internal communication among staff
  • Facilitate training and workshops to enhance communication skills across the department
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts and make recommendations for improvements
• Implement automation initiatives
  • Research and recommend software solutions and tools to automate and digitize daily tasks
  • Assist in the implementation of automation tools and ensure successful adoption by staff
  • Provide ongoing support and training to team members on new automation and processes

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you are/have:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field
• Basic understanding of process improvement, project management, or operational/organisation efficiency
• Familiarity with automation tools and software (e.g., project management tools, communication platforms, etc.)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt in culturally diverse settings
