As a Digital Sales Executive for Sodainmind, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and converting leads into paying customers . This role involves a mix of lead generation, sales presentations, relationship building, and strategic thinking to meet sales targets and contribute to the company's overall success.

Here are the tasks you will be doing regularly:

Lead Generation and Qualification:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through market research, networking, and various digital channels.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Utilize CRM software and other sales tools to track leads and manage the sales process.

Sales Process and Closing:

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our software solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, working with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, ensuring they are maximizing the value of our software solutions.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns, troubleshooting issues and escalating as needed.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and provide valuable feedback from clients.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on sales progress and performance.
  • Contribute to the development of sales materials and resources.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and knowledge of our software solutions.
