We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Singapore | Industry: Interior Design | Full-Time

Are you a highly responsible and results-driven digital marketer ready to make a real impact in the interior design industry? We are looking for an exceptional Digital Marketing Executive to join our fast-paced, creative, and ambitious team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) focused on lead generation and brand growth

• Create, curate, and manage content that drives targeted traffic and customer conversion

• Use data and analytics to ensure precision-targeted advertising and maximize ROI

• Collaborate with designers, sales, and management to align marketing with business goals

• Continuously analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies

• Be flexible with work schedules to meet campaign timelines and performance milestones
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally with a focus on the interior design or home improvement sector

• Strong sense of ownership and professional responsibility — we value commitment over clock-in hours

• Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO, content planning, and performance tracking

• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-evolving environment

• Comfortable with flexible working hours — strict rest days or fixed holidays are not aligned with this role

• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
  

Compensation

• Basic Salary: SGD 3,000 – 5,000/month

• Attractive performance-based commissions

• No upper cap for high performers — we reward results, not routine
