SALES EXECUTIVE - PROJECT TENDERS

Job Purpose
To manage tender-based project sales for automation systems, ensuring strong customer relationships, accurate proposals, and alignment with business goals. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle – from enquiry to project handover – while supporting both business growth and technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Drive project sales in automation systems through tender submissions and direct client engagement.
Manage sales enquiries, prepare quotations, and ensure timely follow-up.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall profit margins.
Work closely with engineering and technical teams to deliver tailored automation solutions.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in relevant industries (e.g., transport, building systems, manufacturing, etc.).
Coordinate pricing strategies and terms with management.
Present solutions to multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project cycle.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
Provide market feedback and solution input to internal teams and R&D.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Automation, or related technical field.
3–5 years’ experience in automation system sales or similar project-based roles (e.g., SMRT, building automation, lift, CCTV).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to manage projects independently.
Comfortable handling tenders, proposals, and technical documentation.
