About the Role
As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Head of Operations, managing logistics, coordinating site activities, and ensuring project compliance. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
- Position: Operations Coordinator
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Location: Gul Circle, Singapore
- Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; Sat, 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
- Salary Range: SGD 4,000 to SGD 4,500 per month
- Bonus Rewards: Performance-based variable bonus

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist the Head of Operations with day-to-day operations and site matters
- Coordinate with Operations Admin and Sales & Marketing for seamless project execution
- Conduct site surveys and prepare method statements and risk assessments
- Plan and manage logistics for equipment delivery, setup, and dismantling
- Monitor site progress and perform regular inspections for safety and quality
- Submit safety checklists, progress reports, and documentation to stakeholders
- Liaise with engineers on inspections and submit technical drawings
- Lead safety briefings, site training, and safety campaign initiatives
- Investigate incidents and prepare root cause analysis reports
- Supervise on-site productivity, ensure worker welfare, and prevent asset losses
- Reconcile inventory/assets and submit monthly management reports
- Use ERP systems for operations tracking and improvements
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, regulations, and ISO standards
What They’re Looking For
- Educational Background: Minimum Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in operations or related field
- Technical Know-how: Able to read architectural/structural drawings; knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or electronic concepts; AutoCAD skills preferred
- Licensing: Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle required
- Work Style: Comfortable with fieldwork; strong multitasking, coordination, and leadership skills
