About the Role
As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Head of Operations, managing logistics, coordinating site activities, and ensuring project compliance. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth, efficient operations.

  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Location: Gul Circle, Singapore
  • Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; Sat, 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
  • Salary Range: SGD 4,000 to SGD 4,500 per month

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assist the Head of Operations with day-to-day operations and site matters
  • Coordinate with Operations Admin and Sales & Marketing for seamless project execution
  • Conduct site surveys and prepare method statements and risk assessments
  • Plan and manage logistics for equipment delivery, setup, and dismantling
  • Monitor site progress and perform regular inspections for safety and quality
  • Submit safety checklists, progress reports, and documentation to stakeholders
  • Liaise with engineers on inspections and submit technical drawings
  • Lead safety briefings, site training, and safety campaign initiatives
  • Investigate incidents and prepare root cause analysis reports
  • Supervise on-site productivity, ensure worker welfare, and prevent asset losses
  • Reconcile inventory/assets and submit monthly management reports
  • Use ERP systems for operations tracking and improvements
  • Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, regulations, and ISO standards

What They’re Looking For

  • Educational Background: Minimum Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in operations or related field
  • Technical Know-how: Able to read architectural/structural drawings; knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or electronic concepts; AutoCAD skills preferred
  • Licensing: Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle required
  • Work Style: Comfortable with fieldwork; strong multitasking, coordination, and leadership skills
