Chief Representative

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Chief Representative to lead and represent our organization in Singapore. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in expanding our presence and building strong relationships in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the company in all regional matters including government relations, client partnerships, and industry engagements.
• Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the local team to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
• Monitor local market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a country manager, representative, or regional head.
• Min Bachelor Degree in any discipline with a strong background in TCM medical field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
