Engineer / Asst Engineer

Job Scope

1) To handle operation of maintenance of M&E systems.

2) To coordinate with internal and external clients on renovation and reinstatement of tenant offices.

3) Need to read M&E drawings.

4) To manage technicians.

5) To ensure all operational works are carry out in an efficient way.

6) Able to communicate properly to all parties involved in the projects.

7) Ability to solve problems by providing sound solutions.

Requirements

1) Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical)

2) Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity by BCA will be an added advantage

3) Minimum 3 years of working experience

4) Proficient in Microsoft Office

5) Auto-cad knowledge will be an added advantage
