ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Cloud Service Sales Consultant, you will be involved in the development and expansion of global business.
You will inspire and advocate for enterprises of all sizes to adopt cloud technology.
With your passion for technology, you will help all potential Internet customers to complete the service selection and purchase process easily and happily, and guide them in subsequent product upgrades and maintenance.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Engage and follow up with potential clients via live chat, sales calls, and email inquiries.
Be familiar with the company's cloud products and provide customers with introductions, demonstrations and basic technical consulting services for the company's cloud products;
Guide customers through onboarding, trial, and purchasing processes, helping them understand the solutions.
Handle basic post-sales inquiries and escalate technical issues to the support team.
Maintain ongoing communication with clients via WhatsApp, CRM, and encourage renewals or upgrades.
REQUIREMENTS
Understand cloud computing related products, such as cloud hosting, website construction services, domain name servers, certificate services, etc.
Candidates with experience in sales and service of cloud products in AWS, Microsoft Azure or other vendors are preferred.
Familiar with telesales, live chat, email, and WhatsApp-based client interactions.
Possess excellent English and business Chinese communication skills, and be able to interact effectively with customers online and offline.
Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to identify needs and provide matching solutions.
