About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in assessing and improving the functional abilities of elderly residents. You’ll design and implement therapy plans, work closely with nursing and allied health teams, supervise junior staff, and contribute to continuous care enhancement across the facility. Your work will directly support residents’ quality of life and day-to-day independence.

  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Location: Punggol Field, Singapore
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (Weekends & Public Holidays Off)
  • Monthly Salary: Up to SGD 6,000

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conduct assessments and develop individual therapy plans addressing ADLs, cognitive skills, behavior, and social engagement
  • Deliver therapy sessions that promote mobility, motor skills, and functional independence
  • Collaborate with nurses and allied health professionals to deliver coordinated, person-centered care
  • Regularly monitor and revise therapy plans in line with SOPs and emergency response protocols
  • Supervise and guide junior occupational therapists and therapy aides
  • Manage therapy equipment inventory and participate in quality assurance initiatives
  • Support onboarding and competency development of therapy aides
  • Uphold patient confidentiality and foster positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What They’re Looking For

  • Mandatory Certification: Registered Occupational Therapist with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
  • Experience: At least 2 years in a related role; candidates with 5+ years of experience may be considered for senior-level positions

Key Competencies:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical thinking abilities
  • Prior experience working with elderly populations is highly preferred
