Marine Cybersecurity Lead

Join a forward-looking organization committed to strengthening cyber resilience in the maritime sector. We're looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Lead / System Admin to drive security initiatives, ensure compliance, and proactively defend critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead regular vulnerability assessments , system hardening, and remediation.
• Monitor cybersecurity threats and support incident response .
• Update and manage security devices (Firewalls, WAFs, DLP, etc.).
• Support audits, policy reviews, and project-level security compliance.
• Deliver training and awareness programs across the business unit.
• Review contracts and draft security guidelines aligned with regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years in a cybersecurity or system administration role.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Proficient in cybersecurity tools, frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, SSCP, CISA, or GSLC
