About the Role
As a Physiotherapist, you will be instrumental in developing and delivering therapy programs that enhance the mobility, function, and overall well-being of elderly residents—particularly during the critical early phase of admission. You’ll also lead and mentor the therapy team, uphold clinical best practices, and actively contribute to continuous improvement in care delivery.

  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Location: Punggol Field, Singapore
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (Weekends & Public Holidays Off)
  • Monthly Salary: Up to SGD 6,000

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conduct assessments and design personalized physiotherapy plans, with emphasis on newly admitted residents
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor therapy staff to ensure high clinical standards and regulatory compliance
  • Ensure all therapy interventions follow current evidence-based guidelines and facility protocols
  • Participate in discharge planning and provide caregiver education to support continuity of care
  • Track departmental KPIs and assist in identifying and implementing quality improvement measures
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and competency evaluation of therapy aides
  • Maintain accurate therapy documentation and manage equipment usage and inventory

What They’re Looking For

  • Mandatory Certification: Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) as a Physiotherapist
  • Education: Diploma or higher in Physiotherapy
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience; candidates with 5+ years in a healthcare setting may be considered for senior-level roles

Key Competencies:

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership capabilities
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Prior experience in elderly care is advantageous
