Building Site Engineer

️ We’re Hiring: Building Site Engineer (Landed Residential Projects)
Singapore | Full-Time

Are you an experienced Building Site Engineer passionate about managing residential construction projects? We are hiring skilled professionals to join reputable construction firms in Singapore. Must have experience in landed housing projects (e.g., terrace, semi-D, bungalow).

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and manage day-to-day operations on-site for landed residential developments
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and in-house teams to ensure timely progress
• Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with site safety requirements
• Conduct inspections and resolve technical/site issues swiftly
• Prepare daily reports, update documentation, and maintain project schedules
Liaise with authorities and attend site meetings as required

Requirements :

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or related fields
• At least 2–3 years’ experience in site supervision for landed properties (in Singapore)
• Good knowledge of local construction standards, materials, and methods
• Familiar with BCA , URA , and other Singapore authority requirements
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Able to lead and work independently with site workers

Working Hours :

️ Monday to Saturday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary Range :

$3,800 – $4,800
Final offer will be discussed during interview based on experience
