Requirements:
– Self-driven and motivated
– Motivated to groom new potential team members
– No MCG or disciplinary issues
– YTD persistency of at least 85%
– Able to take up new challenges
– Associate Director: At least 6 consultants in your team
– Director: At least 8 consultants in your team
– Senior Director: At least 12 consultants in your team
– Executive Director: At least 18 consultants in your team
