Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The successful candidate will assist managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organisation and communication. A strong ability to multi-task and handle confidential information with discretion is essential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, data entry, and maintaining records
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and manage correspondence
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff
  • Prepare reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents as needed
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with vendors or service providers
  • Support the onboarding process of new staff (e.g., setting up workstations)
  • Assist in organising company events, training sessions, and meetings
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma, Computer Science Engineering, equivalent in Business Administration or related field
  • 0–2 years of relevant administrative experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages an advantage depending on clientele)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Positive attitude, resourceful, and able to work independently or as part of a team
