Job Description

  • Deal direct with customers by either telephone, electronically or face to face.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle products and services enquiries.
  • Perform customers' verifications.
  • New customer accounts set-up.
  • Keep records of customers' interactions and transactions.
  • Administrative work and tabulation of outlet reports.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Minimum Diploma & above.
  • Positive working attitude and good communication skills.
  • Great knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Effectively proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • IT skills required (administrative work)
  • Able to commit to retail working hours.
  • Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
