Customer Service Officer (Airfreight) 5.5 Days

Our client is from Freight Fowarding Industry. They are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East - easily accessible.

Job Responsibilities of Customer Service Officer:

• Answer calls and respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate air export shipments, liaising with internal teams, customers, and overseas agents.
• Book flights and ensure all shipment data and documents are accurate and compliant with IATA and AED regulations.
• Secure rate approvals from customers and provide timely updates on freight status.
Monitor shipments to ensure timely uplift, transit, and delivery, addressing any delays and ensuring job file closures within KPIs

Requirements:

• Min 2 years of relevant customer service experience in Airfreight
• Comfortable with working 5.5 days
