We are seeking to hire a in-house sales & Admin coordinator to support sales team.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office, Emails, WhatsApp, online applications
- Able to converse on phone with clients and internal department
- Bilingual preferably to converse with chinese workers.
Job Responsiblities
- To make arrangement with client / apply permits for installation & delivery
- Prepare Delivery order / distribute job sheets to various department & filing
- Work closely with production department on required items to install / delivery date
- Perform adhoc admin duties assign (apply workers for courses / renew expire equipments / arrange of drivers for pick up / collections / deliveries) Tracking & Record of stock items in and Out
