We are seeking to hire a in-house sales & Admin coordinator to support sales team.


Job Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office, Emails, WhatsApp, online applications
  • Able to converse on phone with clients and internal department
  • Bilingual preferably to converse with chinese workers.

Job Responsiblities

  • To make arrangement with client / apply permits for installation & delivery
  • Prepare Delivery order / distribute job sheets to various department & filing
  • Work closely with production department on required items to install / delivery date
  • Perform adhoc admin duties assign (apply workers for courses / renew expire equipments / arrange of drivers for pick up / collections / deliveries)
  • Tracking & Record of stock items in and Out
