Our client is from Freight Forwarding Industry. They are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East - easily accessible.
Job Responsibilities of Customer Service Supervisor:
- Apply in-depth knowledge of cargo handling per IATA regulations.
- Respond to customer enquiries and complaints, offering effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with customer SOPs and shipping documentation accuracy.
- Coordinate with overseas agents on requirements and rates.
- Support export operations to ensure smooth documentation and invoicing.
- Handle special cargo (oversized, sensitive, high-value) and ad hoc projects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain service quality and efficiency. Guide and train team members; act as the main escalation point
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent study
- At least 5 years of relevant customer service experience in Airfreight
- Comfortable with working 5.5 days
