IT Business Intelligence Analyst (MNC / 5 days / Central)

Our client is an IT and engineering MNC that specialises in providing innovative digital and security solutions to their esteemed clients. They are well-known for their dedication of quality delivery standards with engineers globally supporting projects. They have an international presence in over 100 countries and are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.

Location: AMK

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain advanced analytics systems that simplify complex problems through structured frameworks.
• Utilize a range of data analysis tools and techniques to collect, process, and visualize data, helping business stakeholders identify trends, improvement areas, and make informed decisions.
• Validate and prepare data from multiple sources to ensure it is ready for analysis.
• Transform data into the appropriate structure for qualitative and quantitative analysis and generate relevant reports.
• Support the execution of full project lifecycles.
• Work closely with stakeholders and business leaders to gather and understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.
• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various platforms, ensuring accuracy, quality, and integrity in reporting.
• Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports that clearly present performance indicators and business insights.
• Detect patterns and trends using analytical techniques to provide actionable recommendations for process improvements and enhanced customer experiences.
• Collaborate with Digital Business Partners and stakeholders to turn business needs into digital initiatives and technology projects.
• Assist in planning and managing project activities including timelines, goals, resources, and budgets to ensure successful and timely delivery.

Requirements:

• Min. 3–4 years of experience in data mining or similar analytical roles.
• Min. Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical capabilities in data mining, evaluation, and visualization.
• Experience in technical documentation, including the creation of queries, reports, and presentations.
• Proficiency in programming and working with frameworks such as ETL, XML, JavaScript, Python, SQL, HTML/CSS.
• Hands-on experience with statistical analysis using tools such as Excel, SPSS, SAS, Tableau, Power BI, and Power Query.
• Preferred certifications: Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP) and Microsoft Power BI Certification.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical data into insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and added business value.
• Technically adept in using digital tools like Generative AI, data automation platforms, RPA (e.g., UiPath), and Microsoft productivity applications.
