Job Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and manage full set of accounts (together with external bookkeeper)
  • Handle basic bookkeeping for the Company and entities relating to the Company
  • Responsible for all transactional accounting activities: AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, etc.
  • Handle GST, tax matters, Govt grants
  • Administrative and Personal Assistant scope to CEO including managing claims, travels, meetings etc


  • Working hours 1pm-9pm (onsite)
  • Part Time option available (min. 2 days/week)
