Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage full set of accounts (together with external bookkeeper)
- Handle basic bookkeeping for the Company and entities relating to the Company
- Responsible for all transactional accounting activities: AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, etc.
- Handle GST, tax matters, Govt grants
- Administrative and Personal Assistant scope to CEO including managing claims, travels, meetings etc
- Working hours 1pm-9pm (onsite)
- Part Time option available (min. 2 days/week)
