There are 3 main responsibilities in the Regional Service line:
- Tubular Management Services: services including storage, logistics, rig preparation, shipping…
- Digital solutions (online business, pipe as a service, digital products within the Smartengo digital suite…)
- Innovations (new products and services such as the ICC, the IP, solutions derived from WAAM…)
The Vallourec Service line targets to develop a 500 M$ revenue stream linked to the services described above within a 5y time horizon, each region contributing equally.
Primary mission is to pursue the development of TMS solutions with the following missions:
- Prepare marketing analyses about opportunities and trends in the market for all SEA region;
- Define business models for each identified opportunity and define the strategy with leadership team at SEA level;
- Cascade group initiatives to keep SEA service portfolio in line with the updated initiatives;
- Prepare TMS tenders with Sales team (1) By meeting the customers; visit local subcontractors and (2) By building the service offer
- Source and evaluate local contractors to support our service offer to our clients in SEA region;
- Responsible for financial part including the profitability for the contract (revenues vs cost) and ensuring cost controls are in place;
The second mission is support the deployment of Digital Solution and Innovation:
- Liaise with different product lines to identify needs
- Support the different product line in the awareness of the different solutions
MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Lead Tubular Management Services in SEA : (a) Put in place routine communication tool about TMS for leaders at SEA (b) Make a marketing analyses in the region about the opportunities and define priorities with Director; (c) Be part of TMS community and benchmark projects in other regions
- Develop and implement TMS and associated procedures (a) Offer TMS that meets customer requirements for each project (b) Develop procedure to support projects’ implementation (c) Ensure communication and implementation of the procedure locally (d) Audit the TMS services bases periodically (e) Define, Measure and follow up KPI
- Financial Management (a) Understand the financial objectives in respect with Vallourec.Smart strategy (expected project revenues and margins) (b) Monitor MVC results
- Establish contractor partnerships: (a) Identify partners (b) Evaluate them (c) Establish partnership with support of Vallourec legal and purchasing teams
- Coordinate with clients (a) Attend and contribute to client requested meetings on QHSE or operational topics (b) Meet customer satisfaction
- Extend his expertise on Innovation products and services (a) Ability to introduce Innovation and Smartengo solution to customers (b) Coordinate with Innovation team and update Sales in region about new development
- Leverage Digital Solutions to improve cost efficiency of TMS and differentiate from competitors (a) Main target is OCTG customer (b) Look for opportunity in other product lines for similar services
Qualification:
- Graduate in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistic, Marketing, Digital, or Sales
- Willing to travel within SEA region and few of international trip
- Experience in following: (a) Vallourec OCTG /OCTG Accessories product and business knowledge (b) Experience in Tender response (c) Experience in TMS Operations (storage, handling & transportation) (d) QHSE audit experience (e) Exposure to Services /Services mindset (f) Awareness to Digital technologies
- Preferably fluent in french, chinese, and bahasa
- Ability to interact with customer decision makers.
- Commercial savviness.
- Team player and resourceful with good communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skill with positive attitude and outgoing personality.
- Efficient in using Word, Excel and PowerBI.
