Job Duties

• Design and refine reusable assets, templates, and playbooks to enhance Huron's CRM project delivery methodology.
• Contribute to thought leadership and best practices around process consulting and digital transformation.
• Lead internal and client-facing enablement sessions to drive adoption of AI and AgentForce features.
• Design and deliver innovative use cases for AI across industries, showcasing how tools like Salesforce Copilot and Prompt Builder can enhance productivity and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead discovery sessions, define requirements, and map future-state processes.
• Translate business needs into practical, scalable CRM and AI-enabled solutions.
• Support user training, change management, and post-go-live support to ensure lasting success.
• Mentor and train team members on AI and process design best practices.
• Partner with Huron’s leadership and innovation teams to continuously evolve AI capabilities.
