JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS

  • Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients.
  • Coordinate and manage commnication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve sustomer concerns
  • Abaktze cystiner feedback from guests and online reviews and suggest ways to improve ratings.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring service standards and addressing customer feedback.
  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
  • establish friendly relationships with regular clients.
  • Foster a ulture of hospitality excellince, professionalism, and continuous improvement among team members.
  • Oversee day-to day operations of the outlet, ensuring that everthing runs smoothly and efficiently.


REQUIREMENTS

+ Japanese knowledge and speaking is advantage.

+ Good communication skills are must

+ Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills

+Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills

+Leadership skills along with the ability to motivate a team into high performance.

+Ability to work flexible hours
