Job Description:

Warehouse Operation Executive

• Responsible for full spectrum of store management consisting of maintain good stock control and proper storage practice.
• Issue purchase requisition form for project sites materials and tools ordering when sites request and inventory levels are low.
• Coordinate with suppliers and project teams on delivery and receiving of goods.
• Monitor & control day-to-day store activities to meet the quality targets and meet the delivery schedules.
• Ensure finish goods from production are properly pack and label before delivery to client or project sites.
• Handle stock take, stock check and rectifying discrepancies from time to time.
• Update, manage inventory control and proper filling of records related to store activities.
• Receive and unload goods from suppliers (container load).
• Manage quality check for goods receiving, reject those defective goods.
• Moves and restructures organization of goods in warehouse to make space for new inventory.
• Handle and issuance of workers personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Responsible for organizing all forklifts maintenance.
Responsible for warehousing facilities maintenance work

Standby Driver

• Perrform delivery of materials from warehouse to various construction sites and from sites to sites.
• Perform transportation function including ferrying of labourers as and when necessary.
• Collect documents and handle other paperwork related to delivery.
• Ensure all assigned deliveries are completed on the same day and goods delivered to customers are in their original good condition.
• Housekeeping, service and maintenance of vehicles.
