SITE COORDINATOR

1. Oversee the General Supervision of the site in the execution of the works in accordance to plan. He is overall leader of the Supervisors.

2. Assist in preparation of quotation as directed by the Manager.

3. Prepare the necessary reports and information as required by the team

4. Ensure all work complies with the schedule and quality requirements of the project.

5. Site visit and regular client meetings to ensure site expectations are met.

6. Closely work with all Supervisors to ensure works are complying with the Work Method statement and Risk Assessment.

7. Provide guidance to the Supervisors on the preparation of Work Method statement and Risk Assessment.

8. Familiar with Project and Shutdown Maintenance works.

9. Making quotation, additional claims/variation orders and ensuring invoices are submitted.

10. Arranging manpower and other resources as required

11. Project planning that encompass all aspects of the project and shutdown maintenance works.

12. Coordination and Supervision works of staff and subcontractors.

13. Site visit and meeting customers for better understanding of the work scope to ensure clarity of job assigned.

14. Assist in monitoring and managing of the budget as set at the onset of the works.
