Service Crew (Weekend Shift)

If you are currently occupied during the day and weekdays (Monday - Thursday), and looking to earn an extra income, we are looking for Service Crew (Weekend Shift) from Friday to Sunday!

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure stocked service areas have an adequate supply of condiments and tableware.
• Offer appropriate menu recommendations to customers.
• Attend to customers' needs promptly and in a professional manner.
• Follow personal and food safety procedures strictly.
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the restaurant.
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the manager.
• Assist in serving food and beverages to guests.
• Aid in taking orders, seating guests, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, clearing tables, sweeping, mopping, and other related duties.

Requirements

• Open to working shifts on weekends (Friday - Sunday).
• Must commit to a minimum of 25 hours per week.
• Minimum qualification requirement: N-level, O-level, or at least 1 year of experience as an F&B Service Crew.
• Candidates without experience are encouraged to apply.
• Must be a team player with excellent communication skills.
• Should have a pleasant demeanor and maintain a well-groomed appearance.
• Relevant experience will be beneficial.
• Capable of working both independently and in a team.
• Physically and mentally fit to handle a fast-paced and demanding work environment.
• Training will be provided.
• Able to work and communicate effectively with individuals from diverse ethnic backgrounds.
• Possesses a warm personality and the ability to engage with people, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.
