Job Overview

  • Support IT Projects
  • Assists IT Specialist in daily IT operation tasks.
  • Assist in the implementation and rollout of new IT-related projects across the organization.
  • Vendor Coordination and Integration
  • To effectively coordinate with incumbent vendors for the Zebra mobile computers, tablets and IT-related equipment repair and related services to ensure continuity and compatibility.
  • Handling IT Service Requests
  • Provide IT technical support to end users such as PC hardware & software, MS Windows & Offices, RF/PDA, Printers, Network, APs, Wireless LAN, CCTV, Google Suite, Email, Mobile devices, WMS & other in-house applications.
  • Documentation
  • To update the helpdesk on daily incidents, unlock accounts, update tickets on task completed activity.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with our IT policies.
  • Desktop Management and Patch Management
  • Maintain and operate patch management programs and ability to manage remote computers using BeyondTrust software for IT Support.
  • Web Help Desk
  • Primary Support for end-user support including user onboarding and offboarding.

Minimum requirements

  • At least 1 year Level 1 IT Support with End User experience.
  • Minimum ITE/ Diploma in Computer related.
  • Team player with initiative to resolve issues.
