About the Role

We are hiring a Director of Creator Operations to lead the systems, teams, and strategies that power our creator partnerships globally. This role owns the operational backbone of our creator ecosystem —from pricing models and campaign workflow to team structure, tech stack, and process design.

You’ll oversee a cross-functional team that connects creators with client opportunities, scale operational efficiencies across markets, and ensure our creator network is both high-performing and future-proof. This is a leadership role that combines commercial acumen, operational rigor, and deep understanding of the creator economy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Strategy & Infrastructure

  • Own the global/regional creator operations framework —defining workflows, SLAs, tech stack usage, and campaign lifecycle systems.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team responsible for creator sourcing, campaign execution, contract ops, and creator success.
  • Develop and implement operational KPIs that drive performance, speed, profitability, and client satisfaction.
  • Design and enforce global playbooks and policies to ensure consistency across teams and regions.

2. Pricing, Monetization & Partner Governance

  • Develop and continuously refine creator pricing models , tiering systems, and rate card standards that protect margin and drive deal velocity.
  • Oversee negotiations and commercial governance around creator partnerships, agency reps, and talent managers.
  • Introduce scalable models for creator monetization beyond one-off brand deals—e.g. retainers, co-owned IP, platform incentives.

3. Campaign Execution Oversight

  • Ensure the efficient delivery of creator-led campaigns across markets—from brief alignment and sourcing to delivery and reporting.
  • Serve as the escalation point for cross-market campaign issues, timeline blockers, or quality control risks.
  • Partner with sales and client strategy teams to optimize creator-brand matching frameworks.

4. Innovation, Tech & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Champion process automation, data visibility, and the use of creator management platforms or internal tools.
  • Collaborate with Product, Data, and Legal to roll out systems that improve compliance, reporting, and creator performance analytics.
  • Serve as the voice of Creator Operations in senior leadership conversations—contributing to new services, market expansion plans, and agency positioning in the creator economy.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in creator partnerships, operations, digital talent management, or campaign delivery—at an agency, tech platform, or brand.
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional or regional teams.
  • Strong track record of building scalable processes, systems, and tooling for high-volume campaign or talent work.
  • Expertise in pricing strategy, commercial deal structuring, and creator/talent negotiation.
  • Deep familiarity with influencer/creator platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram), monetization models, and industry benchmarks.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills—able to influence across levels and functions.
  • Experience working with legal, finance, or data teams on contracts, compliance, or margin planning is a plus.
