• In charge of the direction and post-production (editing and show packaging) of drama projects

• Generate creative and engaging ideas for different genres of drama

• Translate creatively a writer's and Executive Producer's vision into a programme

• Collaborate with all functions in production team, including technical crew, make-up and styling teams to set the desirable direction for the show.

• Lead, supervise and coordinating the work of the production team pre, during and post post-production.

• Troubleshoot issues arising from the production

• Manage and work within given schedules and programme budgets.

• At least 5 years' experience as a video/film director.

• Minimally a Diploma qualification

• Experienced in leading film production with good organisational and communication skills

• Good leadership skills, strong time management and excellent comprehension skills

• Proficient in English and Chinese with good writing skills and computer literacy

• Be able to work well under pressure and the ability to motivate co-workers

• Strong story-telling abilities and keen eye for details
