Internship - Operations (Sustainability)

Key Responsibility:

• Review existing SOPs related to operational workflows.
• Propose and implement improvements to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
• Enhance current route sheets for clarity and usability.
• Cross-check and tally Singapore Power accounts against the route sheets to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Operations and IT teams to roll out an integrated system for assigning and tracking routes across all locations.
• Conduct site assessments for routes where discrepancies are found between the route sheet and actual Singapore Power account data.
• Support the preparation of the Jurong tender proposal.
• Research and propose innovative ideas to enhance competitiveness and operational efficiency.
