Job Summary
The jobholder (6-month contract) supports the team in developing and implementing digital and information technology solutions for the organisation. He/she is responsible for managing related tasks, including procurement, involvement in projects and event support.

The incumbent is expected to work between 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekdays. He/she is largely expected to work in an indoor environment, although he/she may be required to travel out of the office to attend events and meetings.

Key Responsibility Areas

Systems Monitoring and Management

  • Support to ensure that existing and current system applications operate effectively and efficiently.
  • Assist with ad-hoc and regular system enhancements and implementation.
  • Assist in the development as well as management of user requirements for system enhancements and liaise with vendors to execute enhancements.

Vendor and Contract Management

  • Assist with contracts’ documentation and vendor relationships.
  • Assist with subscription registrations and contract renewals are processed and completed accurately.
  • Raise Purchase Orders (PO) and process invoices received.
  • Support the publication, documentation and administration for ITQ, RFP and Tenders.

CCIS Support

  • Assist with raising support tickets.
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting with CCIS.
  • Assist in liaising with the system vendor

SharePoint Support

  • Assist with updating SharePoint pages
  • Assist with liaising with the SharePoint vendor

Corporate Website

  • Assist with updating the corporate website

Requirements

  • Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent from any recognised institution
  • 2 years of Microsoft Dynamics and/or Office 365 experience preferred.
  • Able to work independently and in teams.
  • Knowledge of the O365 platform as it pertains to feature sets that integrate with Dynamics CRM solutions, including SharePoint and OneDrive/OneNote
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work with various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
