Job Summary
The Inside Sales Executive is part of Food & Beverage Business Unit. The incumbent is responsible for receiving contracted clients from F&B BD Managers and continuously servicing and nurturing them. By building and maintaining long-term client relationships, the role drives upselling, cross-selling, and provides value-added services to achieve business objectives and strengthen client engagement.
On top of that, this role is to provide reports on client-nurturing and sales progress, highlighting to management with proposed actionable plans. The incumbent will support review periodically and suggest improvement plans with the team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Nurturing and Relationship Management
- Collaborate with the F&B BD Managers to receive newly signed clients and ensure seamless and prompt service handover
- Guide clients into the Company’s sales ecosystem by providing initial communication to help them understand Company's solutions and services
- Develop strong business relationships between clients and Company, to gain in-depth knowledge of client business needs and operations, and continuously fulfil their requirements and boost sales in a proactive way
- Consistently maintain client engagement, identify opportunities for growth or loss in a timely manner, and implement measures for improvement through regular business visits and interactions.
2. Business Growth and Client Cultivation
- Expand collaboration scope with existing clients through upselling and partnerships strategies
- Refine products and services based on client feedback to better meet their requirements
- Collaborate with Marketing team to design innovative sales solutions
3. Performance Reporting and others
- Provide regular reports on client nurturing and sales activities' progress and outcomes, highlighting to management with proposed actionable plans
- Perform data analysis on actual sales and present to management on a weekly basis
- Gather sales forecast and coordinate meetings, monitor sales forecast on a weekly basis
- Prepare sales quotation for BD Managers
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Business or equivalent qualification
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as Inside Sales, preferably from F&B or FMCG sector
- Confidence in Ms Office particularly Excel and Powerpoint to generate reports
- Passion with client relationship building and follow through clients’ request till the end
- Meticulous, result oriented and with an attitude to embrace challenge
- Fluent in Mandarin in order to communicate with internal counterparts
