Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate customer commitment by promoting tailored service agreements and value-added solutions
  • Drive revenue generation and financial outcomes within your assigned market, ensuring targets for billing, turnover, margin, and cash are achieved
  • Represent the business in all commercial negotiations with established clients and strategic partners
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all aftersales functions—technical assistance, service quality, response times, spare parts delivery, contract execution, KPIs, and more
  • Collaborate on internal projects aimed at process enhancement and customer value creation
  • Recommend and implement client-specific commercial approaches in alignment with corporate policy and contractual obligations
  • Prepare competitive proposals and service quotations in accordance with internal pricing strategies
  • Maximize contract profitability by managing pricing components such as additional charges, goodwill credits, and discounts
  • Develop and manage a rolling 12-month sales forecast, tracking progress toward sales targets
  • Strengthen existing customer partnerships through consistent communication and reliable support
  • Devise mid- and long-term strategies to expand revenue opportunities with current clients and their networks

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within the aviation or rotorcraft industry
  • A highly motivated self-starter with a proactive, entrepreneurial attitude and solution-driven mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a flair for customer engagement
  • Financially savvy with excellent analytical and business judgment
  • Skilled negotiator with the ability to close deals and manage client expectations effectively
  • Familiarity with aviation gas turbine technology and aftermarket services is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
