Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of phonics teaching experience, including 2 years of teaching preschoolers.


Schedule : Commitment of 1-2 weekends per week (for part-time). 3-4 weekdays + 2 weekends (for full-time).


Skills:

  • Passion for teaching and child development.
  • Ability to engage young learners with patience, creativity, and energy.
  • Adaptable to varied teaching assignments (online & on-site)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach phonics/English to children aged 3 to 8 years old, in-person and online, using a curated curriculum.
  • Provide lesson feedback to parents about their child’s learning progress and development.
  • Deliver engaging, enrichment-based classes ranging from 30 minutes to 2 hours per session.
  • Use advanced online learning platforms effectively (training provided).
  • Collaborate with the curriculum development team to innovate and create teaching materials.
