Key Responsibilities:

Act as the technical lead in pre-sales engagements, supporting regional and international B2B customers.

Translate customer pain points into practical, scalable solutions by working closely with sales, product, and engineering teams.

Conduct training sessions, prepare technical documentation, and lead solution onboarding for enterprise clients.

Analyze product usage and system logs to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

Create dashboards and reports to communicate solution performance using tools such as Python, SQL, or Tableau.

Proven experience supporting enterprise-level or international B2B clients, preferably in telecom or SaaS.

Proficiency in Python, SQL, and one or more visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
