JOB RESPONSIBILITES
- Responsible for the hiring process on recruitment, selection and screening of staff
- Monitoring of employees’ employment contract expiry, permit expiry and confirmation due date;
• Maintain & updating staff personal file; • Preparation of Monthly HR Reports;
- Review HR policies & processes and ensure compliance to statutory requirement;
- Administer staff benefits (such as Leave Records, Insurance claim, medical claim etc);
- Coordinate and arrange for work pass medical examination and processing / collection of work pass;
• Process training applications and filing for training grants, (if required) • Process employees’ insurance claim (if any)
- Compile Monthly Relief Staff Timesheets for Payroll processing;
- Manage all matters relating to submission of government required surveys and mandatory documentations;
- General HR function and provide other administrative support and duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in HR/Business or equivalent
- At least 3 years of HR generalist experience
- Familiar with Employment Act & MOM Regulations
- Self-starter, resourceful, tactful & ability to interact with different levels of people
