Head of IT (Healthcare)

Our client is a local leading player in healthcare industry. They are now recruiting a Head of IT to be part of their IT team to assist the next phase of their business. They are located in the Central-West - easily accessible.

Roles and Responsibilities of Head of IT:

• Lead the implementation of IT systems and drive operational enhancements at both institutional and group levels.
• Ensure effective delivery of IT solutions that align with and support daily operations.
• Translate business goals into practical IT strategies and execution plans.
• Safeguard system reliability and ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Manage IT budgets, transfer pricing, and oversee procurement of applications and systems.
• Build and maintain strong vendor partnerships to maximise value and cost efficiency.
• Work closely with IT shared services provider to ensure governance and alignment of support services within the agreed scope.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• At least 10 years of IT management experience in a leadership role
• Good interpersonal & leading skills
• Experience in Healthcare industry
