Cloud Engineer (North / IT Industry)

We are looking for a passionate and driven Cloud Engineer to join our team supporting critical systems in the Defense sector. As part of the system/network infrastructure team, you’ll work closely with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Technical Leads to develop, test, and deploy infrastructure solutions for mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve incidents within SLA, conduct root cause analysis, and escalate unresolved issues to leads or vendors
• Implement service and change requests, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation
• Deploy approved patches, updates, and configuration changes
• Perform system backups, recoveries, and regular configuration testing
• Maintain system configurations and support integration of new technologies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills
• Customer-focused, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
