SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

The developer is responsible to,

i Work with stakeholders to develop and design website with functionality and aesthetics in mind

ii Analyse the Authority’s needs and document the requirements

iii Plan, design and implement User Interfaces to meet the needs of the project

iv Plan the layout of the website

v Work with the Authority’s users and UX Designer to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of new solution

SKILLS SET AND TRACK RECORD

i 6+ years of experience in UI Development

ii Implement front-end designs in standards-compliant Dynamic

iii Create Rapid Prototypes if interfaces to be used as a blueprint for content and Technical development

iv Manage overall visual design for the application

v Work closely with backend developers to create best user experiences.

vi Good understanding and completion of projects using waterfall/Agile methodology

vii Analytical, conceptualisation and problem solving skills

viii Good understanding of analytics and data warehouse implementations

ix Motivated and self-driven, with ability to learn new concepts and tools in a short period of time

x Team player with ability to collaborate and work effectively within team
