About the Role
You’ll spearhead the promotion of technical specifications across Singapore’s building and construction industry. This role emphasizes relationship-building with specifiers, consultants, and architects, while driving market adoption through impactful presentations, trainings, and industry engagement.

  • Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
  • Salary : Up to SGD 4,500 monthly base

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Achieve specification targets that contribute to market expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with specifiers, architects, and consultants
  • Promote adoption of proprietary installation systems and solutions
  • Develop tools and strategies to enhance technical specification penetration
  • Collaborate with R&D and technical teams to resolve specification-related challenges
  • Conduct product presentations, trainings, and represent the company at key events
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights
  • Support the sales team by offering technical consultation during client engagements

What They’re Looking For

  • Education : Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related disciplines
  • Experience : Minimum 5 years in technical sales or marketing, preferably involving specifications
  • Skills :
    Strong presentation and communication skills
    Deep knowledge of technical specifications and industry trends
    Excellent stakeholder engagement and consultative selling approach
    Proactive and adaptable with a passion for continuous learning
