Early & After is a specialty café and cocktail bar serving curated drinks from morning to night. We’re looking for a Barista to lead our coffee bar and elevate the customer experience.

Your Role:
– Prepare quality espresso-based and filter coffee
– Lead coffee prep, dial-ins, and daily operations
– Maintain cleanliness and stock levels
– Support and train junior baristas

Requirements:
– 2+ years of specialty coffee experience
– Confident with latte art and brew methods
– Passionate about service and consistency
