Responsibilities

• Design, draft, and meeting with clients & consultants;
• Advice effective methodologies in designs of applications;
• Instruction taking from Superiors; Design Manager, Project Manager, etc and execute tasks
• Develop plan, elevation, section, and detail drawings from the models with adequate detail
• Develop BIM standards/procedures for sheet layout, layering, modelling processes & drawing formats.
• Work productively and coordinate activities on numerous projects concurrently.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
Well versed in Revit/BIM software in Archi and Structure/MEP

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma of related studies in Building Construction Industry;
• At least 3 years of working experience in design, preferably in façade trade;
Experienced in AutoCAD drafting and Revit modelling; Shop drawing, MTO and cutting list
