Chef - Cafe (Junior to Head)

Our client is a well-established MNC. They are looking for a Cafe Chef to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the Central area – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations.
• Prepare and cook a diverse range of café offerings, including breakfast dishes, sandwiches, salads, soups, baked goods, and other signature items.
• Develop creative, customer-focused menus that accommodate various dietary needs and preferences.
• Ensure consistently high food quality and flavor to satisfy and impress customers.
• Manage inventory by keeping accurate records, monitoring stock levels, and forecasting ingredient requirements.
• Follow proper culinary techniques and maintain strict standards for food handling and kitchen safety.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant managerial experience preferably in Cafe
