Operational Specialist - Security & Investigation, SPX Express

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

• Utilize Python, SQL, and Excel for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Compile and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and insights.
• Monitor and review CCTV footage to gather evidence and conduct investigations.
• Connect findings from data analysis and CCTV footage to establish the truth in various situations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to present data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Prepare detailed reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analytics.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems and investigative processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
