Remote
IT Infrastructure Support role that provides onsite or remote assistance to end users with hardware & software issues. Mainly supporting users based in Singapore and point of contact for subcontractors. As a member of the PRMMS IT team, he/she will report to the IT Dept Head.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support Azure Cloud Environment and IIS Setup and Configuration and Deployment of applications
  • Manage and support Microsoft Office 365 environments
  • Provide Help Desk support for workstations, laptops, peripherals, and other IT devices
  • Provides technical support to employees for network infrastructure, software & hardware
  • Works with help desk ticketing system to open, update, and close tickets in a timely and complete manner
  • Manage and document IT assets (workstations, network, software license. mobile)
  • Ensure all IT assets comply with company security policies, including patch management
  • Install & upgrade Operating Systems (OS), corporate & business applications
  • Manage DHCP IP address reservation for workstations
  • Troubleshoot hardware & software issues. Escalate to 3rd party vendor as necessary.
  • Advise users on corporate IT best practices & security and compliance guidelines and best practices
  • Liaise with Security, Application, and Database Support teams in projects and day-to-day operations
  • Liaise with 3rd party vendors for integration and installation of hardware & software required for office use, i.e. printers, door access, payroll applications
  • Liaise with CTO & Team Leader for IT asset purchase, upgrade & obsolescence
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding of staff for IT related
  • Provide quality customer service in response to IT Support
  • Administer Documentation including PO for related Invoices, claims, etc.
  • Handle ISO compliance
  • Provide relevant support as necessary and other ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in Azure cloud environment
  • Overall 5 years’ experience in Infrastructure or Network Management
  • Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft technologies (e.g. Windows, Azure, M365, Intune, SCCM/WSUS) and Apple MacBook
  • System administration experience with troubleshooting OS and application logs and knowledge of administrative tasks required to address system-level issues.
  • Hands-on experience in managing & replacing computer hardware, software and accessories
  • Knowledge of commonly used 3rd party software, e.g., antivirus, proxy client, VPN client
  • Experience in modern networking management. (DNS, DHCP, routing, firewall, Wi-Fi)
  • Knowledge and experience in managing MS SQL Server environment will be a plus
  • Certification in Azure, Cloud, and Microsoft Technologies is a must.
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral
  • Able to start work immediately
