Daily Operations
- Ensure close monitoring of the usage of cleaning supplies and right chemical for the respective dishwashing machines.
- Supervise and train stewards on tasks and daily routines.
- To upkeep site cleaning supplies, consumables and equipment to ensure they are available and serviceable at all times
- Ensure machineries are working efficiently and accordance to the cleaning requirement.
- To keep track and measure utility rate, machine capacity, reject rate, breakage rate and on time delivery
- Plan and coordinate the workflow on the production lines to achieve production targets according to the committed deliveries and quality standards
- Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
- High level of flexibility and adaptability and willingness to learn
- Require to work weekend shift
- Minimum to have a Diploma qualification
- Need 4 years of relevant experience
