What You'll Do

EUC Engineer with ServiceNow experience to assist in managing ITSM operations

  • Generate reports that provide actionable insights into service performance.
  • Perform a Key User support role to troubleshoot level 1 ServiceNow platform issues and managedthe escalation and resolution of issues raised to level 2 support by the Applications Team.
  • Identify and propose platform enhancements to streamline EUC service operations.
  • Drive continuous service improvement by identifying gaps, analysing issues faced by Service Desk (SD), DE and end users, and developing a roadmap for enhancements and new features to better EUC operations.
  • Any other tasks assigned by supervisor
